I Piani possono essere candidati a finanziamento a partire dal 12 Marzo 2018 fino all’11 Giugno 2018;
– II scadenza dell’Avviso n. 4/2017 “Competitività”:
Si avvicinano le 2^ scadenze per la presentazione di Piani formativi sui tre ambiti previsti dall’Avviso in questione: territoriale, settoriale e ad iniziativa aziendale. Fondimpresa finanzia con 72 milioni di euro Piani formativi per la formazione dei dipendenti delle imprese aderenti, con priorità ai lavoratori in cassa integrazione e ai lavoratori con contratti di solidarietà (inclusi contratti a tempo determinato con ricorrenza stagionale). Il progetto dovrà contenere interventi formativi mirati ad accrescere le competenze dei lavoratori sui seguenti temi chiave per la competitività:
– qualificazione dei processi produttivi;
– innovazione dell’organizzazione;
– digitalizzazione dei processi aziendali;
– commercio elettronico;
– contratti di rete;
– internazionalizzazione;
I piani territoriali dovranno coinvolgere una pluralità di imprese aderenti, anche di diverse categorie merceologiche, in territori regionali e sub-regionali, all’interno delle Macro Aree: Nord, Centro, Sud e Isole.
I piani ad iniziativa aziendale possono essere presentanti esclusivamente da almeno 8 aziende beneficiarie già aderenti al Fondo a decorrere dalle ore 9:00 del 15/03/2018. Le imprese proponenti devono appartenere allo stesso gruppo societario o far parte di una rete di imprese già costituita o un consorzio.
Per quanto attiene il canale di finanziamento “contributo aggiuntivo” Fondimpresa ha reso noto di aver prorogato al 30/03/2018 il termine ultimo per la presentazione di Progetti Formativi a valere sull’Avviso 3/2017.
L’avviso consente alle PMI aderenti di partecipare ad iniziative formative attivando i corsi presenti all’interno dei Cataloghi qualificati presso il Fondo, ivi incluso il Catalogo Formativo di CentoCinquanta Learning Center.
